The Allhone system and Arizona EZ Fletch is faster for doing all three at once, it also needs a different glue.

Glue used was thicker than 460 should be ideally and has an average open time to best to adhere parts so you are able to glue all three before crystal. Unlike the Bohning etc which you want the glue to go off very fast so you can do another vane.

For our fletcher as you need to glue all three it needs one like the 460 from China which will be very strong or better still Gorilla glue in the small tubes. These don't go off straight away and are tacky and are not runny.
